What are painting/drawing exercises for improving perspective?
I want to know how to improve perspective while drawing. How do I know that it's 'correct'? Are there any ways to practice and train the sense of perspective while painting/drawing?

There are perspective rules, not exercises to do. Learn basic 1,2,or 3 point perspective rules and follow them. It's fairly easy to establish a horizon line and vanishing points. Not much practice required for linear perspective. The other perspective is aerial perspective. The rules for aerial perspective include as objects get farther away they become smaller, the tone becomes lighter, colors shift to cooler, and details fade. Near objects have darker tone, colors tend to be warmer and there are more details. That creates depth of field. When painting or drawing, keep those principles in mind.
No one else mentioned aerial perspective, did they?

Since your question was about exercizes to improve perspective, I'll answer that.
Choose a building you believe will be easy for you to draw correctly. Draw it, then draw it again -changing one thing you think needs to be corrected. Draw it again and again until you believe there is nothing else to change.
Find another building to draw. Do the same thing you did with the first building until you are confident there are no more mistakes. Continue this with a few more buildings of your choosing.
Now you are ready to move on to arrangements of multiple objects, including rounded objects. Use your process again and again until you are satisfied.
If you forget the rules, go to the library and take out of their books on perspective. Look through several books before you choose one. People who write books on perspective are as different as their are professions on the planet. Find one you like, and feel like you can understand. When you can do what one books recommends, find another book that is very different. That will broaden your skills a great deal.

What are painting/drawing exercises for improving perspective?
Although, comic books may not be what your type of artistic style, this is still the best book that I discovered for drawing in perspective.
It is called Perspective for Comic Book Artists:
http://www.amazon.com/Perspective-Comic-Book-Artis...
Note: However, seeing you mentioned that you are into painting, I did see a couple of great looking books at Amazon, too.
Just type in the keyword "perspective painting" at Amazon within their book section.

Our eyes could tell whether our drawings or paintings are right. There are many books about perspectives and with lots of practises we could be good at it and make out true and beautiful drawings and pictures and no one can discredit us.

things that i find helpful are 1) practice (of course), 2) look in a mirror. often when drawing eyes or other symmetrical body parts you make them different sizes accidentally. looking in a mirror really makes those mistakes stand out. 3) compare it to real life. your hand covers most if not all of your face. however, people tend to draw hands too small cause they think that they look unnatural. really the best thing to do is to take a photograph and then recreate the photograph. that way you can easily see if you have made a mistake or not.
