Mail SPAM from Provo, Utah?

Daily, I get mail advertising SPAM from a location in Provo Utah. Daily I opt to not receive more messages, but I simply get more from someone else. How can this be permanently stopped?

    Go to your inbox page

    Options> Mail Options> Spam

    Opt to only receive mail from your contacts

    If these are in your spam folder..then thats where junk mail goes, and nothing can be done further there.
