In the movie Ant-Man, Officer Paxton tases Scott while he's talking and then with the help of his partner carries him to the cop car... I thought, RUUUUDE
Do cops actually do that? Because if they do that is super rude. If yes, are they also allowed to shoot someone while the person is talking?
