What can i do to repair my hair?
i fried my hair with my flat iron a lot, even using a heat protectant didnt help much. i think the heat damaged it because after i wash it it comes out to disgusting and curly and poofy when it dries, it didnt used to be like that. and i also feel like there's a lot of breakage. what can i do to fix my hair, besides shaving my head. i heard about pantene breakage to strength shampoo, but i dont know if it really works. any solution?

first you have too get a deep conditioning treatment it will cost about 20 dollars at your local salon also then you need to get the slit ends trimmed off then try not to use heat on it and wash it with a extra moisturizing shampoo and conditioner the breakage to strength shampoo only repairs the split ends for a little while not for a lasting effect the only way for a lasting effect is to get your split ends trimmed
Hoped that helped! and always use a heat protectent

You should try Pro Naturals Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment with Heat Protector, it helps strengthen the hair that's prone to breakage, splitting or snapping off, gently smoothes the hair and form a protective mist on surface against heat damage, reduces Frizz and helps prevent further damage, leaves hair healthy, shiny and resilient and provides heat protection against electronic hair tools. You must use it after you use the straightener. Check it out at http://www.rylees.ca/pro-naturals-moroccan-oil-hai... . Hope it helps.

Yes, buy the nexxus shampoo and conditioner, it repairs damage in just one wash and its salon proven. Also, before you go in a chlorine filled pool, wet your hair with cold water. Thenthe chlorine doesnt do harm to your hair or dry it out. Also check out some bedhead products online or at your local supermarket, cvs or riteaid . a lot of their products will help!
