how to lose body fat?
Here is a question for you experts
I have recently bought a treadmill and since i amnot that good at stamina, i only repeat this routine ( 5 minutes jogging 5 minutes walking 5 minutes jogging etc etc) for about 30 minutes. Will that be enough for me to get in shape and lower my body fat percentage if i combine it with a good diet? Also when should i workout? Is it ok to exercise right before lunch?
I forgot to mention that i am a 17 years old male. Height :1.79m (5f 10inches) and weight about 77kg(170pounds).

First need to find yur daily maintenance calories..Google daily calories calculator..Example ( 200lbs men consumes 2,500 a day to be a this weight..He must cut 500 calories off hes diet to loose weight n body fat %)..Avoid Fruits (contains simple sugar den converts into fat) only benificial after work out to restore glycogen u depleted during workout..
Avoid carbs! ONly eat complex carbs 25grm before workout and 60grm carbs/ Whey Protein 40 grms after work out..N rest of da day avoid any type of carbs...
Hitt Cardio is best (High Intensity cardio) no more than 3 times a week!..12-15 mins da most..
Best time to 2 cardio for optimum fat loss is first thing in the morning..Have a very light breafast 30 min prior Cardio (Zero carb breakfast example: Egg whites)
Sprint 30 secs
Jog 1 min
Walk 1 min
until you have reached 12-15 mins..
If follow good diet below your maintainance calories you should be loosing 2-5 lbs a week if intervals cardio is done.

A treadmill? You think that's enough to help your fatty fatass? Wow. I thought I'd heard some pathetic stories in my day, but man, you really take the cake. Try laying off the cheetos and Super Chill Cola and go outside.
AND NO. EXCERCISING BEFORE LUNCH IS A TERRIBLE IDEA. WORKOUT AFTER DINNER. GOD.
Cheers.
