Does anybody know where the two points to reset bios password is in a dell latitude e5400?
i have the motherboard out and ive looked at all the microchips this particular model does not have the 24co2 on any of the eeproms im guessing it is differently coded the chip but if anyone knows where the chip is that would be greatly appreciated

There is no way to do this. You need to send it to the manufacturers for a factory reset. Then hope it is not listed stolen with one of the companies that are often used to register machines requiring this much security, often ex miltary or government agency.
