How should I decorate my dorm room?

Its easy to decorate your dorm. Its a small space so just have a matching color scheme. Like start with your comforter and then pick colors based on that. My daughter bought some nice posters and put them in poster frames, Marilyn Monroe. She also bought those super cheap sheer hot pink curtains which she hung in the window and also over the closets so she can keep them open. She also has some party lights hanging over her bed.

There is not really a lot of room for extra stuff but just coordinate what you do need to get.

A coordinating body pillow, throw pillows and a nice rug (cheap at walmart) and just the regular stuff you need will make it so comfortable and neat looking.

You should decorate it! White walls can get pretty boring. Target has some really cute wall decals. You can hang photos too, or even buy some cheap picture frames to put on your desk or dresser. You could get a cork board to hang photos or even a memory board. You could even hang some lights (if your residence hall allows it). You could get some throw pillows, an ottoman, maybe a rug? These are a little more expensive, but I hope this helps!

And maybe also wrap a bulletin board in wrapping paper

and you can also get a bedspread that really pops. since a dorm room is so small, just one really design-y thing can make the whole room look great. or your side, at least.
