Is he keeping his options open?

Question

He's acted like he likes me since about october but i wasnt interested in him till about jan but in short he now has a girlfriend and has for the last 3/4 months. Yet he still acts the same with me? I'm pretty sure its not just being friendly :s (like, sexual jokes/hugging/messing up my hair/throwing things at me/wiping his hands on my face - we work at a pool lol)

so why is he still acting like this? keeping his options open? 
I'd really find it a lot easier to move on if i knew why/he wasn't so flirty!

Maybe you could try ignoring him for a day to see what his reactions are. If he gets offended maybe he still likes you. Or maybe try asking him about his relationship. ex soo how are you and your girlfriend doing? Maybe he will tell you straight up that its not a serious relationship. He does seem like he likes you in my opinion but he also may just be trying to boost his confidence by trying to get more than one girl to like him.

It seems as though he still likes you, maybe he isn't sure if you like him or maybe he just likes the attention. If you want to be with him you need to tell him how you feel before things get extremely serious with this other girl that he is seeing. 
He also could be a huge flirt or a player (I know I dont know him and I am sorry if this offends you) but you should be aware of that and make sure he isn't before you tell him how you feel because if not you may end up getting hurt!

he could just be being friends i do that with a lot of my friends but then again he might have a crush on you make a few sexual jokes back...and maybe a lil suggestive to what youd like to do with him then when hes single again ask him on a date
