I want to try water fasting for a couple days.?

How much weight do you think I would lose. I'm thinking of only doing it for like 3days.

Because I'm going to start exercising but would like to know how water fasting feels. :)

water fasting is when I drink only water, and don't consume any food at all.

    You will experience some discomfort at first. Drink lots of water to try to help the hunger pains. After the first 24-36 hours the hunger pains will subside. I notice that I feel really good going into the 40 hour period. I haven't done as long as you are going to do though but hunger becomes a non-issue after a while.

    Except for when I smell good food, then I start to notice a bit of hunger. Just drink more water and hot tea helps make your stomach feel like hit has food in it. Get busy...do something that you find you get totally into, movies, a hobby, home improvement project. Just something that keeps your mind occupied. It really is all mind over matter.

    You should lose a good amount of weight. At least 5-10 pounds depending on how much weight you need to lose. Heavier people will lose more. I did a 3 day fast and lost 7 pounds.

    You feel extremely hungry and you get shaky and gitery and grumpy. When you get hungry chew ice and gum. Youll trick your mind Into thinking its getting food. And eat some fruit atleast. So you don't get hunger pains.
