Using my laptop i dripped about 2 drips of liquid onto it ive dried it up so what to do?

Go over it with a Dry cloth like a Dusting Cloth. I think maybe putting a hairdryer on it may work.

scrub it off.... the track pad isn't exactly a prime component and you shouldn't worry about it
