can i upgrade twice from one line with at&t?
does anyone know if i can upgrade again, i just upgraded my line and now want to upgrade again to the iphone 4 but when i check it online i have to pay the full price (600) around that. if i just pay the upgrade fee like mandated. do i get the discount or is that only when i get the upgrade option... thankyou. my company is at&t!
why do i have to pay 200 dollars to upgrade, the upgrade fee is only 18.00 dollars

Yes you can pay the upgrade fee and get it at the discount price but an upgrade fee will be like $200 i think or something like that plus the phone also the new iphone 5 is coming here in like semptember so i wouldnt upgrade to the 4 just jump to the 5.
ALSO if its within 30 days of your last upgrade you can take your phone you upgraded back and get your money back minus 10% i think and get a new one at the discount price.
