Should I get a degree in Marketing?
I'm currently studying Marketing and Pre-Med. I am very interested in starting my own cosmetics line that is sustainable and promotes the use of organic ingredients. I am majoring in Marketing but I'm not sure if this is a good idea. My other choice would be supply chain management (I'm not super interested in it, but I think it leads to better jobs). Would I be able to find a decent paying job after college with a Marketing Degree?
Sorry I should have specified: I am not positive if I want to go to medical school, and If I do go I will not be going to traditional medical school (I'm looking into Naturopathic Medical School). I'm getting a business degree as a fall back, but I'm not sure if Marketing or Supply Chain Management will get me a job in a rough economy.

Marketing and supply chain managment lead to alternative careers for the five in seven applicants to US medical schools who are not admitted to any US medical schools. However, they will not impress medical school admission committees. If you want to go to medical school, you should plan to go directly from undergraduate school and to pay for it with student loans which you can repay easily when you practice medicine. If you divert your career path as you mentioned, you will become much less attractive to medical schools.
The best pre-med majors are biological engineering, chemical engineering, etc. as they both prepare for medical school and lead to alternative careers.
