I'm very sad right now, what should I tell her?

There is a problem about a girl, Dilya. She is working as a housekeeper in our house. Today we both go to walk. We sat somewhere and we started to chat. After 1 hour of chat, I asked her about her virginity. She asked me to say it first. She never told ANYONE about her virginity. She began to talk after 20 minutes. She was chatting with a guy in mail.ru. They both decided to meet and have a coffee. They were together all the day and that night they bought drink and she lost her virginity to him. She didn't even loved him and she was drunk. So I think this is a some kind of RAPE. She doesn't wants to remember those things. I can't sleep for 2 days, I cry eveytime when I remember what she had. I talked with her and tried to help her. What should I tell her and what should I do ?
