Most states give an eye test which you won't pass since they do vision in both eyes. Luckily most states also allow you to bring in a certificate from your eye doctor stating your vision is sufficient and that you can drive safety, so do that.

Driving with one eye basically means that you will not have stereo vision, which is a plus. You will do fine with mono-vision.
