Coolest mods to Fender Blues Jr. amps??? Mine is tweed w/ alnico speaker...?

There are a lot of "mods" out there for these things but I want to know what is available and what seems to be the most popular. The reverb tank on mine is toast, btw, but I've heard nobody really loves those anyway and it would cost $50 to fix and the amp would be worth only $50 more. So what are some cool mod choices for this little beastie? Thanks in advance to all who give good answers!

I put this in "blues" because that's the kind of music I do - more blues ROCK, but I don't plan on turning my Blues Jr. into a high gain monster either, but I would LOVE to see a metal head using a tweed Blues Jr. - wouldn't you? It would be hilarious!

Update:

I guess I spoke too soon. Metal heads can use any amp they please! I heard of an instance where a metal band took the stage and the guitar player had an acoustic Martin so they BOOED him... until he plugged it in to his Marshall stack, whereupon they CHEERED him!

I would check out voodooamps. com they do mods to just about everything for all different kinds of music. I am deployed currently otherwise I would show you some metal through a Fender blues junior the speakers really aren't even close to the right voicing but you can still get really heavy with just a little boost out front of the amp. Unfortunately as you would imagine since it isn't in the amps circuit it does add compression. Don't worry that was only temporary for me on to my mesa boogie and marshall for distortion now.

Go to this site and ask a guy named Greg Huemann. They post tons of mods ALL the time here. Some even come with videos of the results.
