birthday party for a girl who is 13?
my birthday is soon and i don't know what to do for my party. no water ideas, or hollywood theamed ideas. i can invite know more than 6 people and only 1 or 2 can sleepover. my budget is $100. no boys. and i dont want the whole party to be at my house. i dont like things like go kart racing, laser tag, roller blading, ice skating, or rock climbing

SAME! This is my EXACT situation. You could always go to a movie followed by a sleepover. Amusement or water parks are always fun. A local pool? How about karaoke party where you can rent one of the machines thats always fun. Last year I went to a movie followed by a trip to the mall which was fun. We rented a limo to go to the mall and picked all the guests up and after the mall we all had a sleepover it was super fun! Limos are awesome you should include one in your party.
