Who is more anti-Catholic? Lutherans, or the news media?

News media, by far. In fact, I've never met an anti-Catholic Lutheran, and I know plenty of Lutherans.

The secularist left media are definitely more anti-catholic

but Wisconsin Synod anti-Catholicism can be very intense and LCMS pope as Anti-Christ attitudes are far from dead and even in the ELCA there is some hostility in some leftist circles to Catholicism's strong anti-abortion and anti-same- sex "marriage"(mirage) stance and our 'refraining from ordaining 'women

but compared to the past or to the militant secularist media, there is almost no Lutheran anti-catholicism

I personally have experienced no anti- catholic words or actions from Lutherans of any denomination

yes, the obsession with MB strikes me as hypocritical for if she were a Democrat there would be no comment

and today Protestant landscape is filled with 30,000 different trees of different denominations and different theological and moral positions within many or even most of them

well the luther started this and the media is influenced by ideas from protestantism but Lutherans today are not very anti-catholic, they are closer to the catholic faith in some parts but they hold anti-catholicism for many centuries because Luther said the anti-christ was the Pope

News media, obviously. Lutherans and Catholics have, for the most part, managed to harmoniously coexist now.

Definitely the news media. Most are blatantly anti Catholic, anti religion, anti Christian in general and anti life.

Lutherans are pretty tame by comparison.
