Is there a way to prohibit meeting notice forwarding in Outlook?
Sometimes I would like to be able to prevent people I have invited to a meeting, via Outlook, from then passing that invite along to others. For some meetings, I need to keep the participant list small and focused.
Is there a way to prevent invitees from forwarding my invitation to others?
I'm using Outlook 2003.

There is no way of preventing other people from doing what they want with emails on their computers. If you wish to keep the meeting small you have to make that very clear when you send the email in the first place.
