It all depends on what you like.
I suggest you stay a week in each place to see what its really like.
I am in Adelaide and there is never anything to do. Everyone I know in Adelaide is depressed and drinks alot. Not even famous people come to Adelaide. What you find in Adelaide you can find it everywhere else. Ive been to Sydney and Melbourne. They have activities everywhere and all year round. I am saving my penny`s to visit Melbourne again.
I hope I helped:)

Mooloolaba - good weather all year round, and I'd get to see Regwah prowling around on the beach with his camera.
Newcastle at a pinch - I've heard it's really changed in recent years.

Of those, I would only consider Adelaide.

It depends on you - what you like to do, do you like to live in large city or small village.
Personally none of these towns would be on my list.

Mooloolaba.
But only because thats the only choice given. Personally I wouldn't live in any of them.
