    No. Sugar water is not a balanced diet.

    When I think of a meal, I think of a balance of foods that fuel the body. Lions and dogs can live on just meat and pandas live on bamboo, but humans need variety

    it is just a part of meal, contains vitamin C. Instead Gauva is full meal!

    If you add other fruits, chop them up and serve, yes I think it is a meal!
