My Dad told me that the doctors at the VA (Veteran's Administration) are trying to kill him. What should I do?

My Father, whose name is Bob, says the same thing. They actually have gotten him through a serious heart condition and two bouts of cancer. He would say the same thing at any doctor, my father would. I think it is just what they say.
