Whats something that my mother could put on the door that alerts her when someone comes over to my house?
My mom works from 3pm to 12am. And in that time period, I usually have people over without her knowing.(Why, you ask? Long story...). But just recently, she's been able to tell when I have someone over. & A while back she had told me "I know when people come over. I have put something there to tell me." And I thought she was just trying to scare me(it's something she always does).
Is there some type of device that could alert her when someone comes over? If so, what are some of the possibilities?

no no no. I'm pretty sure it isn't a camera. I've heard that suggestion before.
Well like yesterday one of my neighbors moved out, and we aren't very close to our neighbors. But I always make sure that they arent home before people come over.
