My parents wont let me play games rated M. I need some suggestions for shooting games rated E-T. Please include which platform, I have Xbox 360 and PS3.

Well you Could play Brink, Tomb Raider, Splinter Cell Conviction, Bully, Mercenaries 2, Sniper.
That's Pretty Much all I can think of.

If you like shooting and action games, your best bet would be the Uncharted series on PS3. It's a rated T game with plenty enough thrills to keep you entertained. I recommend Uncharted 2, as it has more amazing sequences then the first. Hope you enjoy it!

try Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, if you like tactic shooters
also, you can try Brink. Ive personally never played this, but know its rated T, as well (and is made by Bethesda)
CoD 2 is rated T. While its not exactly up to par with today's shooters...ive gotten endless hours of enjoyment out of its solid, simplistic action.
