Sales tax on items shipped to delaware?

My question is if I pay for a laptop with a credit card whose billing address is in Maryland (6% sales tax) and have it shipped to an address in delaware (no sales tax), will I be charged sales tax?

A few years ago, some New Yorkers were hauled into court for buying items and having them shipped to New Jersey (then rerouted back to New York) to avoid paying sales tax.

If you actually live in Maryland, do not play this game.

No- tax is determined by shipping address.

If it's for business in Maryland, you are responsible for accruing the use tax yourself. But who really does that???
