Was this the wrong thing to say? awkward?
I was waiting for my appointment at the dentist the other day
my chair was next to the reception desk
suddenly a fat woman came bumbling in like some bison
she starts chatting to the receptionist
the fat woman said-
"oh its been a good day today i've hardly eaten anything
there was a cake shop which i always go in on the way here, i managed to walk past the cake shop without going in"
i just said out loud-
"why was it shut?"
everyone looked at me like i was mental
was this wrong?

That was really hurtful,because you hurt that woman's feelings.
It was really wrong but If you want to know, put yourself instead of her, and feel the embarrassment you
gave her . But it is alright to make mistakes , if you're 10 , 12 , 13 , 14 or even 15 but if your older than
15 well sorry but you need to learn how to be polite and stay out of peoples privacy
