Help with KB vs MB??

Hubby bought a callphone. The plan says he has 30MB of mobile web access/month. The phone says he has used 94,000 KB. Does this put him over the limit??

Update:

I thought my math might be off, but that's what I came up with. Tks.

Way over the limit. K and M are metric prefixes. Mega- means million, and Kilo- means thousand (like there are 1000 meters in a kilometer). 94000 kilobytes is the same thing as 94 megabytes, more than triple the plan allowance.
