How to retrieve data of floppy 5 1/4" Apple IIe floppy disks?

Only way is to have an old machine that works and hand tranfer to modern languages. Only way. I still have some machines that I scrapped together and do some recovery but can't advertise here. I.B.M. , Tandy old apple and vintage mac. Original windows sometimes but all only for novelty.
