    นิยายเรื่องนี้เคยนํามาสร้างเป็นภาพยนต์มาแล้ว ประมาณ 40 กว่าปีที่ผ่านมา พระเอกของเรื่องนี้ รพิน ภูไท และ นางเอกที่รับบท มรว ดาริน คือ สุนิศา พัฒนุชครับ หนังเรื่องนี้เป็นระบบ 35 มม ครับ เมื่อก่อนนี้ดังมากครับ เกือบลืม ส่วนแงซาย ผุ้ที่รับบทคือ ชนะ ศรีอุบล ครับ

    อย่าสร้างเลย ครับ เอาไว้สำหรับอ่านอะดีแล้ว ถ้าไปสร้างเป็นหนังทำให้บทประพันธ์เขาเสียหายหมด
