The same places the married dog owners go to let their dogs play. Dog parks are not a dating service.

Helen AND Laura... I think the OP meant single-dog owners, as in owners of only one dog.
As people have said, there should be dog parks...You can also go to training classes, dog fun clubs (usually include a bit of light training, fun competitions, and games modified for your dogs, such as hide and seek.) But you should see plenty of dog owners walking their dogs.
