Your Obviously a Chocolate Lover, just stop buying plain chocolate and start buying Chocolate Covered Pretzels... they are not nearly as bad for ya.

Eating chocolate wouldn't lead you to a heart attack, it could lead you to diabetes if it runs in your family. Chocolate is supposed to be eaten in moderation. Thus the reason it's at the top of the food pyramid. Four chocolate bars a day is WAY too much sugar. You just have to have self-control. It's that simple. It's not a REAL addiction that you have. You just like the chocolate, you want it, so you CHOOSE to keep eating it. Try taking fruits like strawberries, blackberries, and cut up bananas and freezing them in a little baggy and then eat it with cool whip. It's much healthier for you and tastes just as sweet!

I'm with you,lol I LOVE chocolate and I have many subs that will work.
There healthy In my opinion because I haven't gained weight from them.
If you have a dairy queen- 50 calorie fudge bars. There sugar free but cannot tell the diff and no fat. It even has 4g of dietary fiber. and there HUGE!
Granola bars- chocolate chip.
any choclate icecream treats that are under 100 calories.
Sugar free chocolate pudding.
Or get a portion of choclate chups and melt them into a grahm cracker or anything you like. Not the healthiest, but better then 4 choclate bars.

Try dark chocolate squares. It's more satisfying chocolate. For a substitute, I find that white popcorn with a little Molly McButter sprinkled on will help for my cravings. Not the regular yellow or microwave popcorn though. Pop it in a little olive oil in a pan with a lid.

try 5-HTP and a little willpower. The 5-HTP does control appetite and takes the cravings for carbs off--I use it and I have no more chocolate cravings....
