How to restore my deactivated twitter account?

I got into a fight with my friend and she deleted my twitter account.

I need it back. I need my followers back.

Is there any way to do that?

Twitter has changed so most of the links like this one -

    Go here: https://support.twitter.com/forms/general and select "Account Deactivation / Restoration" under the "Regarding" option. Then fill everything out and explain that your account was maliciously deleted. Hopefully they'll restore it for you.
