Whats this Help please? causing anxiety?

I recently badly sprained my ankle/foot 5days ago which was very swollen for the first 4 days, Today it's slightly less swollen but still swollen, and the part between my toes and over my bottoms of my toes they are they have a dark purple line, like a stretch mark, if you know what i mean but as soon as i take my socks off it appears and 3 of my toes turn a greyish if not purple colour and get icy too touch but when my socks are on they fade considerably and go back to normal, there was a slight aching feeling in that foot earlier which lasted while i had my socks off , any quick ideas
