My brother's bike just got stolen what do i do ?

we live in a nice neighborhood that has  apartments and town homes its a community and today while my brother was talking with his friends he left his bike out of the main building door for a few seconds and when he went back it wasn't there? What  do we do , do we call the leasing office or something we dont know !!!Please helpp!!!

Always amazed when these kinds of questions are asked.
Let's see, bicycle was stolen.  Someone committed an illegal act.  Who enforces the law?  
Leasing office?
No, don't think so.
The police perhaps?
Why yes, the police, also know as law enforcement officers.
Seriously, you really didn't know who to contact?  Is this a joke?  Or is this just an example of young people that can't think for themselves because they are always told what to do?
