What can I do about air pressure in my ears when flying?
When flying on the first half of the trip, I am able to get my ears to "pop" in order to release the pressure. But about half way through the second flight, the cabin pressure makes my ears start hurting and they will not pop regardless of what I try. Until after I have landed do my ears start to clear up. At times it can get rather painful and since I will be flying to Hawaii in October, I really want to figure this out. Thanks

Pinch your nose shut and blow out so your ears pop. Do this every 10 minutes from the minute you take off until you land, and you'll have no/minimal pressure when your trip is over.
