Tumblr HELP !!!! I can't put a profile pic?

so when i was making my tumblr I didn't give myself a picture and now i dnt have one and dnt know how to put one on their ! and sorry but i don't really know what things are called so i need elaborate answers and i dont know if profile pic and portait pic is the same but i need a profile pic sorry im lost when it comes to tumblr
