Ha, you can't ''feel'' it. It's just there. Only if you don't clean it, or you leave a tampon in too long, or don't wear one, you will feel a little drip.

And if you're wearing a pad and you sit down for ages and then stand up you can feel some come out. Occasionally I feel it, when I cough, sneeze or laugh really hard.

Just make sure you're clean and you change your tampons or pads regularly and wash a lot. I scrub my face all the time, and I lash out at people.

Accept that you're going to be moody, and allow yourself chocolate, because your body will probably crave it. If your body craves something, and it will, just allow it to have it or it will get worse.

Also, I have really bad pains, not gonna scare you but a long bath or a hot water bottle will usually do the trick, or a little bit of exercise. If it gets really bad, do what I did and see a doctor and he can prescribe you meds like mine. :)

    Hope this helps ^_^

everyone is different. for me its absolutely disgusting. mine is usually heavy. like clots and everything else fall out. its like someone squeezing the blood out of you. i feel it all the time. (sometimes i can't wear tampons because its so heavy.) but its a very verrryyy gross feeling.

Source(s): didn't mean to gross you out.

it doesn't really feel like anything is coming out, more like someone is squeezing you, when you cramp, it hurts. the pain varies from person to person, for me it hurts, really bad, so it is best to have Midol during that time...
