USDA certified veteranarian in the Milwaukee, WI area?

I will be traveling from Europe to Wisconsin then on to Hawaii. The health certificate is only valid for 10 days so i will need to get a new certificate while i am in Wisconsin.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update:

I have everything else set up that i need for Hawaii. I only need to find a vet that is USDA certified in wisconsin, other wise they will not accept it in Hawaii because of their strict policies.

Any veterinarian can issue a health certificate. However, Hawaii has very very very strict rules in regards to importing dogs or cats, with far more requirements and restrictions than the rest of the USA. You will need more than a health certificate. There is extensive paperwork, rabies testing, etc that needs to be done well in advance, or they will quarantine your pet for several months at high cost to you, usually at a government kennels with limited visiting privileges. Be very sure that you read and understand and comply with all the conditions. Info can be viewed here: http://hawaii.gov/hdoa/ai/aqs/info

Add: All documents state the health certificate must be completed by an "accredited" veterinarian. I believe that all veterinarians in the USA are accredited, but if you contact the APHIS office, they can direct you appropriately. Animals leaving the USA for some other countries need to have their health certificate USDA certified, but a normal vet issues that certificate. The certificate is then taken to the local USDA APHIS office to be "certified". I do not believe that needs to be done to enter Hawaii, but if you want to have the health certificate USDA certified, the information on locating their offices is here : http://www.pettravel.com/passports_USDA_certificat... But the certificate is still completed by any accredited veterinarian first, and only stamped by the USDA to indicate it is legitimate.
