Am trying to set up a phone ???

Am trying to set up my Nannas phone its a vinaphone phone when I turn it on it gives u to options nck or SOS when I click on nck it asked for a password were can I find this ????

    Usually hardware has pass numbers when they are new and not passwords. If it's asking for a passnumber they usually default at 0000 or 00000
