so i am a competitive swimming and i have a competition on saturday and sunday i am due on on sunday and my mam isn't going to be their i am going to wear dark costumes and shorts i am going to be in and out of the water a lot and around lots and lots of people i have tried to use tampons but i couldn't do it am to scared i dint know what to do or how to do it really can anybody help me = will it hurt inserting it ??

when i am due on i have a swimming competition both days am sacred to use tampons and i have tried but it hasnt worked out for me .People say they prefer them to pads but i dont know what to do swim with nothing or help plz xx

my second period is due tomorrow am a little woriied though cause i swim 8 times a week and what if i come on during the session av only had one period before and av hear it takes a will to become regular do u think it will happen tomorrow or not xx

I have a black 7 month old cocker spaniel he's a working dog but. I don't work him he keeps snapping at people when in the house say u put ur hand in his mouth he moves his head away but sometimes if ur just sitting stroking him hell turn round nd bite u or if u stand next to his toy when he's playing with it he has neva snapped at me but had at my brother a few times is their any way to prevent this cause I really don't want to get ride of him help plz xx

i started my period on tuesday and it was quit heavy and during the night all the way to thursday and it was light in the afternoon and when i woke up the smoring their was hardly any blood and today it has been quit heavy also when i go to the toilet their is like this quewy dark red stuuf that comes out i now its ew but i just dont want to be on on christmas day does anyone know how long it will last and how do i no when i have finished xxxx
