Cockateil help !!!!??
Av had my cockateil for nearly a year now and he won't let me touch he hold him i need help xxx

He may not want you to hold him becaue he doesn't know you. Let him get to know you first. When I got my cockatiel, I sat by his cage every morning and night and talked to him. It doesnt matter when you talk to him. Just sitting there by his cage will let him get use to you. Just don't sit too close to his cage. He may get aggitated by it.

It's called TRAINING. You need to teach him you are not there to hurt him, or else he is a wild bird and you have no hope in touching a wild bird.
So, TRAIN HIM.
