how long will my period go on for ????/?
i started my period on tuesday and it was quit heavy and during the night all the way to thursday and it was light in the afternoon and when i woke up the smoring their was hardly any blood and today it has been quit heavy also when i go to the toilet their is like this quewy dark red stuuf that comes out i now its ew but i just dont want to be on on christmas day does anyone know how long it will last and how do i no when i have finished xxxx

Your period generally lasts 7 days, though some women have periods that last five days. If you started Tuesday, then you will probably finish Monday or Tuesday. Odds are that you wil be on your eriod for Christmas Day.

I'm lucky. Mine only lasts around 5-6 days... (Or maybe I'm unlucky. Maybe that means there's something wrong with me :P) But on average, a period is supposed to only last around 7-8 days. But usually not any longer. If your period is very heavy and painful and lasts a long time you may have an infection.

Every girl is different therefore her cycle is different..some woman have it for 6 days like me and others a shorter time..some may even have it for longer(sometimes mine lasts for a minimum of 9-10 days.)

It usually goes on for about a week or a little bit longer. There is a very low chance of your period going on for less than a week.

It depends on your body and it can change form month to month<33
