swimming copmetitions / period ?
when i am due on i have a swimming competition both days am sacred to use tampons and i have tried but it hasnt worked out for me .People say they prefer them to pads but i dont know what to do swim with nothing or help plz xx

Its tampons or nothing im afraid just make sure your doing it right like it says on the instructions. I made some silly mistakes. You can't really use anything else.

if your on microgynon could you not just take a few extra days of it? im not sure as i havent taken it in 7years now. i just know when i did take it i was told i could take it for extra days to try an delay bleeding.
