    It helps build your immune system and it means your immune system is working at top capacity.

    In answer to your second question despite it's abuses by unscrupulous business men and women I believe in Capitalism as the best option.Besides that Communism has never been true to it's stated philosophy. Never.

    You appreciate being well and it doesn't bother you as much when your brother who is pushing 30 farts because you can't smell anything. My biggest problem with being sick is I can't sleep and I'm allergic to vicks :( so I open a window in the winter or crank up the fan in the summer and chew vicks gum while drinking ice water and I like having an excuse to drink gingerale because I always got it when I was sick.

    The next time you have a normal cold it will seem like a walk in the park. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

    As bad as things are, they could always be worse. Imagine, you could have a raging head cold AND haemorrhoids .....
