If she has a conditional green card, she must return to her own country. She cannot remain in the US. With a permanent green card, if there was any marriage fraud or immigration fraud on her part, again, she must return to her country of citizenship. If someone is allowed to enter solely on the basis of marriage and the marriage does not work out, she has no justification for remaining in the US. With an Indonesian wife, given the high rates of marriage fraud, it is entirely possible that she has committed fraud and needs to be deported.

Depends on where you live and how long she's been there. If you're in the US and she's been here for less than three years and doesn't have a PR card, yes she can.
