Xbox 360 Selling Help? Price? How to go about it?

I need help I'm trying to sell my xbox 360 entirely here's everything I have:

Xbox 360 Arcade w/ 256 mb memory card

Games:

Call Of Duty Black Ops, Call Of Duty World At War, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, Sega Superstars Tennis (Came With It), Tony Hawk's Project 8, Madden NFL 09 Collector's Edition, Madden NFL 10, Madden NFL 11, NBA Live 09, & NBA 2K11

Accessories:

Cables [Power & TV Cable], Black Wireless Adapter, Black Wired Headset, & Cooling Fan

How do you think I should sell all of this? And what should I ask?
