What movie is this movie called?

It plays on cartoon network almost every year, and it is sorta a Chinese movie. Animation. It is sorta strange and weird. It's about a girl who gets separated from her parents and when they get lost while driving to their new house. Then she gets transported to this magic world where she has to work at a bathe house and then she helps this blob looking thing and he starts raining coins and eating people. And then the head person has this huge baby and he can talk. And then she meets this person who wants to protect her. And she also gets another job at a seamster place. Where there are bugs that carry her shoes. Shefinds her parents in the end and they were turned into pigs by the head person so she has to pick witch one are hers and she finds them. I once found it on YouTube but forgot the name! It has something with risen it it or sounds like it I really don't know. Please help me I LOVE this movie and really want to find it!
