I've been working out 5x's a week. I'm really sore today. Is it ok to workout if your muscles are sore?
I hit the treadmill 5xs a week. My thighs are crazy sore today. It's not my "rest" day. Is it hurting my body if I workout with sore muscles? Should I turn down the intensity of my workout today or just do what I always do and push thru the pain?

Give your legs a rest and work on your upper body and abdominals. This way you can give your legs a chance to heal but still get a workout in.
