resolving forces perpendicular to rod:
5.7*cos(33) = F*sin(53-33)
F = 5.7*cos(33) / sin(20) = 13.977 N (3dp)
2.
resolving forces parallel to rod
5.7*sin(33) - 13.977*cos(20) = -10.030 (3dp)
therefore the forces acting on the rod are pulling the rod away from the pivot with a force of roughly 10 N, so the pivot will have to exert a force of 10 N as well in the opposite direction to oppose those forces.
answer = 10.030 N (3dp)
