Thomas had a hearing, complaining witness was told to say what she had said to media-but would be under oath and penalty of perjury meaning false statement then meant prison time. Story under oath varied a lot from media articles- she said the media misquoted her a lot, wasn't harassment, was some office joking, etc-- don't send her to jail because of a political grudge by media that misquoted her..

Clarence Thomas, but he used the race card to get him out of trouble.
He's made a pretty crappy justice, IMHO.
