Are you REALLY hungry? You're sure? Because if you're just fooling yourself, you could be eating because it's just something to do.
If you are, in fact, actually really hungry, then eat. Your body is saying it needs more fuel. Answer its call. You probably just have a fast metabolism.

Something that always helps me is to keep some bran flake cereal handy. 2 tablespoons of that with a glass of water help tide me over to the next meal without adding on tons of calories. Also, fresh, cut up radishes help my cravings. They have fiber, and they are watery, crunchy, sweet n spicy all in one very low calorie food. Also, you may be a kind of person to adopt that small 6 meals a day diet. Also, if you are always hungry, could you be dehydrated? Could your body be telling you it needs a food or nutrient?

There's not enough information to give an exact answer, but from my experience, if I'm always hungry it's mainly because I'm bored. And most people usually eat when their bored. Drinking liquids won't necessarily make you feel fully full either.
